All orders are securely processed. Any information you submit to us when initiating an order or sending an e-mail inquiry will not be sold or given to any other businesses, corporations, or individuals. We will respect the privacy of all of our customers.
Gift Orders
Gift orders are accepted and will be shipped with a special invoice that does not indicate the price of the merchandise.
Payment Methods
Merchandise may be purchased with a credit card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover, or with checks or money orders utilizing US dollars. If you wish to purchase items using checks or money orders please contact us first via e-mail or phone and we will inform you of the total cost for your order, including shipping and handling charges. In addition, we will hold the requested merchandise until we receive the appropriate funds from you. We will also accept credit card orders over the telephone.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling rates given are for US customers only and are for orders shipped via the US Postal Service (first class or priority). Upon request, orders may be shipped via another carrier, such as UPS or Federal Express, for an additional charge. Please e-mail or call us if shipping via another carrier or overnight delivery is required. International customers please inquire via e-mail for the applicable shipping and handling charges.Shipping costs vary based on the total cost of items purchased. Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise you receive please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise and return the merchandise to us in the original box with all packaging materials. We will refund the cost of the merchandise excluding our cost for shipping and handling.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped to addresses within the state of Idaho will be charged the applicable sales tax as required by the state.
